Having survived the deluge in one (or two pieces) we arrived at the hotel. Despite being a rather large hotel, all the prestige car parking was taken, even the side areas were full so, feeling important, we just parked at the front entrance in some "reserved" places not entirely meant for us but,

After informing the front desk where exactly we were, we were told if they needed to move us then they would contact us. Score 1 for us, we were not contacted and even a Masserati was obliged to hide in the shadows out of sight (it was yellow).
Up early (ish) for obligatory cooked breakfast, check out, de mist in the chill 6 degree but sunny weather we then went in the search of V-Power in a grid locked Kenilworth.
With minutes to spare we arrived at Prodrive about 09.00 hrs, sun shining and about 10 degrees. Passing through security we were instructed to line up with the other cars and await our "guide" through to the start of our day.

There were a good selection of cars, four 911 ' s , two M3 ' s, three CSLs , a Scooby, TVR and a mini Cooper S.

After the short briefing , tea/coffee and bacon rolls, if required, we were introduced to our instructor for the day Mike, who shall be known forever more as The Stig
