Maxx gets angry with BMW Gearbox (swearing content)

The background to this is that I rented a BMW 318 from one of the Production BMW racers for the Pre 93 round at Donington this weekend. We'd booked the track evening the day before to give me a run out in the car prior to race day. All went pretty well but I was struggling with 3rd to 4th gear as the gear knob was "a bit loose". The following day we had managed to tighten it up and I had no problem with it in quali. Come the race I was fine for the first few laps but probably getting a little more tense as lining up to pass one of the other BMs I started to struggle again.

Now, why I posted the video is that I seemed to get quite worked up by this which, for those who know me will realise this is somewhat out of character, even I was surprised. I guess I must have rediscovered my competitive streak after my recent powernights outings.

I think it's pretty hilarious in it's own right even if you don't know me, imagine Plato & Co on the live feed acting like this

I expected to see a full on Basil Fawlty style car demolition........that was pretty mild Maxx :lol:

I can only imagine that that must have been enormously frustrating for you, still looked like great fun though. (Met the championship winner on Wednesday, Andrew Partridge. Seemed like a nice bloke and a nice car too)

Very good Maxx, you must have been quite frustrated for the microphone to pick you up over the noise and through your helmet!
