Chinese Water Dragons

We have had these two dragons for four and a half years now and appart from one injuring its leg a couple of years ago, they have been fine healthwise. They take a fair bit of looking after intially to set up the vivarium with the correct temperature and humidity etc. We were sold them as two males, so we named them Franky & Louie after the Budweiser lizards. Remember the adverts on TV? .......no? ........oh....... OK then 
We were surprised when a couple of years ago they started laying eggs
......hang on, they were supposed to be males ???

The one on top is Louie and she became very ill last weekend and lost a lot of weight, we thought that we would lose her
