I had this link sent through from a friend in the States, apparently the chap bought the land and buildings in Portugal via an auction house. The barn doors were welded shut as no-one could be arsed to try and cut through they sold the barn with the contents as part of the package - contents unknown...................

That is totally amazing most of those cars have been on my wish list since I was knee high!

If I'd bought the land that would be without question the best day of my life!

AMAZING

Edit: Just googled it as that is too much of a good find, turns out possibly that the fella who bought the cars is alive and living there and he was just a collector in the 70s and 80s when he was a car dealer. This is the inventory http://www.sportscarmarket.com/portugesebarnfind.pdf

What a wonderful collection. I only found some broken glass panels and a knackered kiddies trike in the outbuildings here!!

Some fantastic cars there (love the Alfas) but the Pug 205 is a bit incongruous. Cheers Fil

I bet the barsteward didnt leave keys though

Saaw this last year sometime and still cant really believe that they would sell a barn without knowing the contents.

Yeah I remember that Ferrari working model guy Lee - amazing.
