Had a great day out yesterday, at RAF Wattisham with Javelin & Pistonheads.
Lots of TVRs but a good selection of other metal as well.
I managed a 148.87 / 27.53 so managed to just be the quickest BMW of they day, 57th fastest V max and 63rd fastest time.
I was mightily impressed by a 335 Diesel though

I had the same at Honington on the top speed runs where it lifted the front nearside corner hence my aero catch bonnet pins.slarty bartfast wrote: but the guy opposite me on the first run said he had to back of because his bonnet was lifting. LoL

It went very well so there is some talk of it running again next year, with the addition of a handling course in the afternoon, which would suit me better.
I only did the three runs in the morning, which was enough and I made the mistake of having too much petrol again.
