How to convert MP4 to wmv or avi

does anybody know how to do this , i got a nokia N95 a while ago and have made a video , but it's a mp4 file and i want it in a avi or wmv

I use a piece of software called 'WinAVI Video Convertor'. I'm sure it's freeware.
