Very important update: April trip changes!

Guys
It has just come to my attention that the opening times for the circuit have changed as follows;
Monday 1pm til 7.30pm
Tuesday
5.45pm til 7.30pm
Wednesday
5.45pm til 7.30pm
Thursday
5.45pm til 7.30pm
The word of the day is bollocks!
Taking the best out of this scenario, it should be said that Dunkinator managed 5 laps in one evening session the last time we were there so we should all be able to rack up mucho ring mileage. This obviously leaves us with plenty of time to sort out daytime activities, sightseeing and the like.
Each of the attendees will get a copy of this in their PM box just to make sure that everyone knows about the amendments. I would obviously suggest getting stuck in on the Monday too. No lengthy hanging around Belgian petrol stations looking at 'literature' Rolty

Gary Kinghorn manages 8 laps in an evening session so there will be plenty of time on track if needed.
I anticipate the following (all being well)
Fill up with Petrol on Sunday evening
Get off train and hit the road at 9.30am
Fill up with Petrol just before arriving at the ring and check tyre pressures
Arrive at hotel at about 1.30pm
Faff around checking in and unloading and arrive at circuit car park at 3pm
This gives 4 1/2 hours of track time on Monday alone !!!
Should be enough for 10-15 laps at least
Then each evening session of 4 or 5 laps .... and lots of time for sightseeing, toboggan runs, karting, hangover recovering, eating and fettling with our steeds.
I am a little disappointed but to be honest I was started to get worried about have so long there and a constant temptation to be lapping

Not sure what to say about this, a bit of a disappointment. Did they change this at the last minute ?
But I am sure we will find plenty of other things to keep ourselves occupied. Karting and tobogganing sounds ace !!!!
I think also the amount of time on the track seemed too much to me and I had anticipated there would be lots of sitting and watching rather than eating.
I suggest everyone has a look at what sights etc they would like to see, start posting them on this thread and we can have a good chat about what we plan to do on wed night.

Times are liable to change any time to be honest and is always a bit of a gamble when planning early-ish trips.
A nice relaxed time over there I think

No probs here really,
It will ease me and my car in gently to the 'ring,
plus it will be a cheaper trip because I know I would get hooked like the rest of you and want lap after lap!
It also means it will be more of a holiday for Cherry and myself,I've been working abroad the last two summers so Cherry has not had a proper relaxing holiday for 3 years!
I hope it hasn't spoilt anybody's trip :? but I'm sure we can still get quite a few laps in as Stu and Duncan have said
Not long to go now, still really excited
See you wednesday night

Nothing that can be done - don't forget we were only over there for a couple of days last time and we had an awesome time so it'll be more of the same this time round
