to the car before the ring trip?

For me it is:

- sort out knocking rear supsension (today - hopefully)
- throttle coolant feed re-route (next wed)
- gearbox oil change (next wed)
- engine oil change (next wed)
- check brakes (saturday)
- get a fire extinguisher (monday)

Anyone else dreaming of driving around the circuit yet or is it just me ?

Practice laps start tonight and every night from here on

Having the suspension set up by someone who really knows what they are doing has got to be one of the best things I have had done to the car in sometime. Had it set up to a fast track set up (yes for the road). It

Things already done:

Engine oil changed
Gearbox oil changed
Rear Diff oil changed
Timing belt changed
Wheels balanced
Tracking checked
Gathered spares (brake pads,dizzy cap,rotor arm,plugs,etc)
Fixed hole in fuel tank (filler neck had rusted through,searching for decent second hand tank,will change before we go if I have time)
All insurances sorted
ADAC card arrived today

Things still to do:

Replace brake fluid with Dot 5.1 (tomorrow hopefully)
Replace CD Changer! (old one died a month ago!)
Buy fire extinguisher (any news on the group buy Duncan?)
Clean and polish inside and out

I think I'm just about ready...
