G-Tech

Had this bit of kit for a few years now, dont really use it that much now but decided to go test the volvo with it,well not many roads around here to test the 1/4 mile so tested the 0/60.
Well messed the first start up and got a 7.03 not to bad, next run got 6.36,to say i was chuffed was a understatment, one more run and got a 6.37 so not a fluke then lol, well just hope i can do that on the 1/4 mile, hopfuly see a low 14 sec pass, still not the best of starts with the 6.3 runs so think i should be able to get into the 5's.
Standard the book figures on the car are 0-60 7.2.
This is what i used.

I had the new one and sold it after a few weeks as I never used it. Stuck it in the car for a week or so then it just sat on the side :(

Got the older one now as a mate was selling it cheap, same story, tried it out on my golf at the time, then since its just been sat around, keep meaning to try it out on the Supra and Scooby but never get round to it...

When theyre plugged in they seem to work well enouigh though :) New model was much easier to set up as well! Only downside of the new one is that you're supposed to have an accurate kerb weight of your car.

I have one of these as well and have used it a couple of times. The 0-60 was 4.9 and
1/4 mile was 12.78 :o , Which if correct I'd be over the moon :woohoo:
I've been led to believe these are pretty accurate so it will be getting a test
at the drag day in July
