In case you didnt get the email:
We need to be at the Eurotunnel Terminal by 7am -7.15am for the 7.50 train.
The way I see it there will be two groups:
1) leaving from Norwich (ish)
- Stuart / Gareth
- Rob Callow
- Dave Bailey
2) leaving from Ely (ish)
- Duncan / George
- Brian / Cherry
The hard part is that we will need to leave very early to get there for this time
Question is - do you convoy down or travel independantly?
If convoy what time and where?

Brian / Cherry and George and I will travel down from Ely together, probably leave at around 4.30am (or a bit before

)
How about you Norwich lot? - you going to be travelling down together?
I have a spare walkie talkie for Rob - I will bring it to the meet for you.

I spoke to Stu on sunday about what we were planning on doing.
We both decided about going down on the sunday night, staying overnight down there (in the same place as last time apparently) and then having a nice leisurely start on monday morning.
It'll help break up the day / driving we thought.

sorry to butt in ( again  )
but, has anyone still not looked into the felixstowe-holland overnight ferry?
surely it would be even better covering some miles whilst asleep?
and knock a few miles off the european leg of the journey too?
just seems odd to want to catch a fast train but to only have to consider sleeping overnight in the UK costing even more?
sorry if this isn't the right place to discuss this...........

No problem Jim,
I have only decided to do what we're doing as it's tried and tested by people going to the NS for years. I'm sure there are others that go via your route~ that's fine, just not what I want to do this time......will look into that option in more detail for the next trip.
Dave wants/ wanted to go down on the Monday when we last spoke, not spoken to Rob yet. To be honest, another
