Till tonight I would have said no .... but .. parked outside block busters ... walking back to the car .. and I was thinking ... God it looks like a beast ... and before I thought 'beast' .. Jo said .. there's the Beast ... quite a nice feeling...

Whenever i suggested i'm going to sell the car .. it's jo that talks me out of it.

Nope. My wife hates my GTR with a passion, she calls it 'The Money Pit' (which it is, lol). Which is why i love it even more, just so it annoys her.

yes my other half adores my car,it was her who pushed me into buying the evo.

Oh dear, not this thread again.

My missus HATES the Rex,
she loathes me spending any money on it at all,

* hates that its smelly (running rich at mo),
* hates the fact that I wont leave it anywhere dodgy,
* hates that I only use it at weekends,
* hates that its so thirsty,
* hates that its so unreliable (in her words...in mine...it just needs tlc)
* hates that the suspension is hard,
* hates that there is no room in it,
* hates that I bought it in the first place instead of saving the money,
* hates that I peruse the forums and meet lots of nice like minded
people that encourage me to spend money on it (Scott !!!!!!)
* hates that I like talking about it,
* hates that when we go out with her friends I can always find someone
who has respect for it,
* hates that I clean it rather than her car,
* hates that I keep fiddling with it,
* hates that its soooo expensive for parts (it really isnt as people keep
writing them off so 2ndhand parts a plenty!)
* hates..........

Whenever its her birthday, anniv etc etc I always write in the cards 'Love Gareth and Rex'....just to annoy her :lol:

Got some more mods I bought last year and have been hiding away...havent told her yet....that'll be fun

my on and off other half lol hates my car in every possible way hence why she is my on off other half :-D
