I've had to cancel

A workload that would make Richard Branson wince has meant that I'm unable to get along. I have contacted Michael to apologise but there you are. I'm sure there will be another occasion to cheer him on......

MrH has assured me he will post his times and slips if they are satisfactory, later on.

Right well a new pc it is :)

Didn't quite get where I wanted to be, but not far away... heres some slips with my best 1/4 mile, best 60ft and best terminal speed of the day, managed to squeeze in 13 runs in total! :D

Image

My best 60 ft time was on a run wheee I fluffed 3rd gear  could have been that elusive 11... Oh well, theres always next time!

Sooo close Michael :D

Were you running NOS as well or is this the 440ish bhp output?

by MichaelH
Yeah I was runng the NOS as well.. :(

4th quickest scoob on the day and 9th quickest car. Scoobs ahead of me were Zen (didn't get chance to come say hi, sorry!) Steven Darley and Paul from WYIOC. All 3 were classics and I wasn't far behind Paul, who trailers his car to and from events and is completely stripped out.

So for a lard arse bugeye with standard trim and too much stuff in the boot, I'm pretty happy :D

And its a tad more than 440ish now ;) Won't give away the figures, keeping them for the RR day :)

Michael

well done mate, very well done. Bearing in mind how close you were to throwing the towel in, you must be delighted that you persevered>

Sorry I couldn't have been there and I look forward to buying you a pint the next time we catch up.

Cheers

Stu
