Mini went in for MOT today and failed on the biggest thing, rear sub-frame. Some good news is that the MOT bloke said that it is the only bad bit on the car.

I'm taking advantage of having to do the rear sub-frame by having basically the whole of the underside of the car up-rated to competition spec such as race bushes, adjustable shocks, adjustable camber brackets, etc. The roll cage is also going to be bolted and welded in. I have also got up-rated discs, pads and braided hoses.

Unfortunately all of this work is not going to be finished before next Wednesdays track day at Snetterton, but both me and dad will be there all day to watch and take photos.

Yeah I was even gonna do this trackday until I got told I had to be at work to help support a project that is going live on this day !!!
