Powercuts !!!

Post by RX7 »

Aaaaaarrrggghhhhh,

We seem to live in a really small patch of Drayton/Taverham that gets powercuts usually once every quarter of a year.

The year before it was out for 4 days !!! Luckily it was Nov time so the freezer didnt defrost.

There I was last night with the 360 booted up, 5 mins into a game and click, everything went off !!! This was at 7.40 pm !!! The power didnt go back on till 9.50 pm !!!

Aaaaarrrgggghhhhh thank you Eastern Electricity/Powergen etc for ruining my evening !!

Its amazing how you get used to things that use power, was a bit stuck for things to do....luckily the DS has batteries !!!

Sorry for the rant, anyone else get powercuts often ?

I normally try and pay my electricity bills and this helps to avoid such things. try using direct debit.

the supply wsas a bit shitty in rackheath due to the industrial stuff that way. I have seen as low a 380V phase to phase.
