tbh you might be best asking them on MLR?

i would assume fitting the exhaust and having the battery disconnected during the process will reset the ECU and allow it to flow more and compensate the faster spooling engine/turbo.

is this a complete system inc turbo elbow?

has it come off another IV?

did you not ask these questions when you saw it for sale? lol.

where theres a will therea a way.

I would have thought that basic induction mods and breathing work will only require an ecu reset as Jim describes but this does seem to model specific. You could drop one of our tuners a quick email/pm and see what they reckon or one our EVO driving brethren like COD, L6GSR, APK, Rallyrat etc.( Gary @ APT drives an EVO)

Is it the full system Roey?

If it is just the backbox etc I would agree with Stuart in that ecu mapping wouldnt be necessary but if it is a decat or full system with sports cat - it could do with being remapped for engine safety aswell as getting the best from it :)
