Yeah, but, note the bit:
"Fortunately there was no other traffic on the road and no one was put in danger and there was no actual damage"

So well worth a 6 month sentence then, the societal pariah

And yet if you are an illegal immigrant gunman who murders policewomen, your human rights appear to be more important than anything else. And so on with all the other blatant miscarriages of justice we get, focussed around protecting criminals and prosecuting those daring to exercise any display of freedom.

Give me a clear dual carriageway at midnight and I'll be changing up at 147 haha :D

Let's not even go there - don't want to start a law analysis thread.

I would have thought that the penalty would have been less severe had he not tried to outrun the police...

Flame suit on

IMHO he was unlucky getting caught....I don't view him as a social outcast or psycho and I think the sentence is a liberty.

Now before anyone jumps on me and starts bleating on I'll say this once....."I'M NOT IN ANYWAY, SHAPE OR FORM CONDONING SPEEDING ON THE PUBLIC ROADS"

I usually smile at these type of threads and count the hypocrites

Drive by a school fast = CNUT

Drive along empty motorway fast late at night = :?:
