Think I'd better put some Parada 2's on and go in the modified class :D

Andy - are you in this champ already or are you going to enter now?

Andy came along to Debden and helped me out by saving me laptop etc from the rain! Given that his engine is OK, I fully expect to see him joining in.

Going for a 15th July start at the Debden round, or maybe a June start with one of the other clubs (anyone have any suggestions?)

Gerry - the slicks are no more, unfortunately - down to the wire at the end of the Marham day :D

Tempted by the idea of Lydden in 2.5 weeks, as I know the circuit from bike racing, but it's a bit too soon I think.

cheers

Andy, have a look on http://www.aemc.org.uk and go to sprint championship, it will then give you all the dates you need.

Be good if you can make Lydden, 2.5 weeks is plenty of time, as you can just apply for your licence on the day, and all you need are some Proban overalls... :D

1a tyres

Post by Andy916 »

Anyone have the blue book handy? ... are Marangoni Zeta Linea on the 1a list? May be putting those on my road wheels, and would maybe do for sprinting too.

Oh, and Maxsport RB5 tarmac tyres ... guess those would be 1b?

'Fraid my Blue Book took a soaking on Sunday and the pages are stuck together tighter than a 14 year old's furtive copy of Playboy.

Sorry can't help.

I did receive regs for Lydden today but for 23rd June with Borough 19
