has a decision been made if its going to be a two lane event??

Also are bikes aloud to run?

It's only a one-lane event, there isn't enough room to run two cars safely.

As for the bikes, we'll let you know once we've spoken to Straightliners

Not sure where you got that from Lee, but it's stated in this thread that it's one-car only, and has been booked as such.
