If McLaren gets the vote then it will be a bloody miracle despite the fact everyone thinks they have a solid case, however i think it will be an FIA Ferrari victory for sure.

I can't see the FIA appeals court overturning the decision as it will mean some serious egg over the FIA's face and Ferrari will be even further away from wining the drivers championship.

I await the outcome with baited breath!!

I think we all knew that this would be the outcome. This witchhunt against McLaren will continue as long Mosely, Ecclestone and their cronies remain in power.

I have a picture in my head of Mr Burns (Simpsons) with 20 of his high price lawyers surrounding him for some reason

The only way they could rule against it was to break a precedent that they set for accepting appeals. And they only did that by calling the race official a liar and incompetent. Farce is taken to a whole new level.

Having read it all now i declare the FIA, Ferrari and the appeals court as bent as a 3 bob note!!

FIA definately didn't want egg on their faces, and i bet MM offered some of his chums at the appeals court free front row seats to one of his naughty SS spanking sessions!!

FFS.....What next??

I suppose if Lewis wins the Singapore GP by a country mile they'll find something else to deny him the win, like his helmet is not the regulation size or he is breathing too gently therefore giving him an unfair advantage!! Maybe if he farts in the cockpit they'll do him for being lighter than air
TOSSERS!! :x

Clearly when the penalty was imposed, they new exacty what they were doing, making a successful appeal an imposibility.

Funny how Liuzzi's appeal for drive through was accepted though on previous occasion.
