I faxed the ADAC application as you suggested Duncan,got the payment reciept through the post 2 days later!
Just got to wait for the card

I have travel Insurance through my LloydsTSB bank account,have used it on holiday in USA with no problems when my wife got sick so should be ok for Europe....or would you recommend another/better company?

I'm getting excited now too
