So are we still talking about a mid week private do or what. With 3/4 this is a non starter of course.

As i an others have said, we are far better just going on a normal RWYB Sunday when no big event is on there and it will not be that busy.

I would like to see what the Metro will do.

A few suggestions then
Sat 5th September RWYB
Sun 6th September Test and Tune day
Sat 19th September RWYB
October is looking busy at Santa Pod and that will also clash with Time Attack from memory.

Who's in then?

im in if its a weekend as there not a problem,
a non event rwyb day sounds the way to go , no outlay for the club so if people pull out etc.. it does not matter,
i'd still be interested in a mid week but cant confirm and i imagine it would cost a small fortune to hire,

Mid week hire will be 4 figures+ i would have thought due to staff/safety etc Trev so nice quiet weekend is the way to go.
Unfortunately the 2 weekends that Stu has put up are no good for me as i have shows.
Don't worry about me though as i can go another time.
I may be free 23rd of this month when they have a normal RWYB though.

These sorts of events are always going to be tough with short notice. September or October should be OK for weather and notice but November onwards will be a bit dodgy. Not to say that it wouldn't be fun but no-one is going to go that quick in the wet.

Mid-week was about
