I think it's more to do with people on this forum being able to qualify or trust the information that you are imparting. As you haven't introduced yourself and very few of us 'know' you, it is very difficult for any of the details within your posts to 'help' anyone.
You complain that there is a 'problem' with this garage and Ross, a trusted, well liked and known guy on here, rates them or at least trusts the owner. Do you see my point?
As a forum that prides itself on avoiding bullshit and mud slinging without facts, this sort of post has to be followed closely. Each individual is seperately liable for the things that they post after all
