What do you think of this Supra

your judgement on supras are very cloudy mk4's are fantastic cars alround not going to be like a 4wd car on a bumpy b road or in wet but a damn good car that holds it value so well


again look at times at the end again all pro drivers and all stock cars

if anyones judgement is cloudy. then its yours. "supra" lives in your brain. Supras are not the "end all" for performance car. There are many great cars whos performance exceeds that of the supra. Just because someone doesnt like them doesnt mean u have to try to defend it and post links and to start an arguement. Personally i am not interested in arguing. People have a right to have their own opinions Alex. U need to get used to the fact that no everyone likes them.

It is getting off track but then again it isnt, i have to agree that you just cannot put a post up saying that someone has 'cloudy' vision just because they have an opinion about a car which you own.
I personally am not a great fan of Supra's and that is because of what has already been said about the Toyota engineers building a bullet proof engine and strong gearbox but then just seeming to put it in a run of the mill FR layout.

Again this is just an opinion what I have but i have got to agree with hybrid dreams on this subject.

My thoughts are that @ 11k this T88 Supra appears to be tremendous value. I would certainly be proud to own one (as long as I could keep my 32, trackcar etc etc )

you didn't watch the vids then jez i think it is fine for someone to say they don't like the looks but you cannot say the car just has a nice engine and drive train when 1, you haven't even driven one 2, still know much about them they have double wishbone struts all round and 49:51 weight / Distribution bilstein coilovers standard and handle pretty damn well around strut braces pretty much everywhere round the car that for me makes a good car.
Weight wise the j spec weighs the same as an gtr 32 the lightest skyline i believe ... do japanense not like these either because there heavy, where are you getting your info and thoughts from.
I do not think the supra is the best car around anywhere i'm just passsionate about my car is that a problem lots of different cars have there pros and cons and i do like so many other cars all of which dynamix listed and more, supra and gtr skyline in any guise being two of my favs bar some supercars which i'm highly unlikely to ever own..........well you don't know

I do not wish to argue and never intended to make this an arguement but for me it like someone saying a clio 182 cup is a rubbish car 1, becuase it french
2, because most people would say the poor thing is pugly and over look the real things that make it a great car which it is thats just an example
In old review and tests the supra has always had damn good write ups in both book and mag reviews recall them saying how good it was back on top gear a long time ago to, "people don't like supras" i'd say 99 out of 100 people i know like supra 8)
