What are the best M3 forums to start looking around for sale section?

That does seem to be the best/busiest one but you could always try E36coupe.com (think you're on there already?) and also good old Pistonheads.

Well the RX7 has been driven to its final resting place to be parted. Thankfully it ran like a bag of crap due to the massive exhaust leak so it didn't make me want to keep it!

I have now started the search for a clean e46 M3, however if possible I would like to have a look at one locally to see what im up against. Is anyone local to Norwich willing to give me a demo of the car and also what to look out for in terms of the rear subframe cracking etc?

Thanks,
Chris

Im around norwich, i think my m3 is fairly clean so maybe a good bench mark for whats out there. You really need a specialist to check the sub frame. If its fine get it resined and its should stay good (£300) or repair £1400-1700 with plates. Im happy mine is ok as when it was undersealed it was checked.
