I think '300' looks fantastic and that infield complex from the new Sears onwards looks like Rockingham to me (no bad thing)

Bigger speeds on the front straight and slightly lower on the back but most of us are running out of puff on there anyway. If the camber or gradients are flat through that complex, it will be great. If they are geometry is tweaked in any way it should be very memorable indeed :D

Name wise............something to commemorate the WW2 bombers that flew from there?

Price wise............ if I was investing XX million into anything, I'd be expecting a greater return (as I'm sure we all would) but I'm sure that Dr Palmer and Co. will be looking at greater receipts/income from testing first and foremost with additional interest from race organisers to try the 'new' layouts. The track day market probably only accounts for around 25% of all business ( I would think)

Exciting times. Thanks for the link Jason.

Theres a push on Seloc atm to get Turn 4 named after ex Mclaren Merc mechanic, lotus nut and general nice guy Woody (Simon Woodward) who died in a car accident earlier this year.

General concensus on Facebook seems to put forward a rename for turn 12 to hayward curve in memory of all the gearbox and oil pump parts that have deceased due to iol surge issues which will now be increased from the looks of things.

I LOVE the new circuit layout , Just fantastic the place will be superb and with the planned hotel and business Park etc in Phase 2 ( 2012 ) the place will be superb. With a hotel on site etc and everything else that will go along with it i am sure it will move Snetterton in to the ranks of Oulton Park etc .
I just hope we don't have a winter like last year that may delay the build ! Fingers crossed it all go's good for the guys there.
