Annoying thing I wasn't even going to go out in it last night, but it was in the way of the other car so I took it, if it had been the rover I wouldn't have given a ****

just had an update from the insurance company, he might be insured.. will get final confirmation on Monday

I did try to dig my feet in but they aint having it, even started quoting me lines from the T&C's

Rob have you asked to speak to a manager yet, often if you keep your cool(i know its difficult in this situation)and persist with you demands you may well get somewhere

have a good read through the terms and conditions in the mean time and make sure you are clued up, this may help with you discussions

Yeah, tried that trick, used to work in a call centre so knew managers tend to keel over if your nice to them, but no joy!

BMW have just collected the car, driver wasn't sure if it will be a write off either...

Anyone know where theres some BMW E46 parts laying around just incase, I've already called Chris @ H-Tech to get some prices for the work
