Toyota MR2 GTS Turbo, 1.2 Bar Boost, Apexi GT Exhaust, Ultralite 16s, Decat, Ohlins Suspension, HKS FCD, HKS SSQV, Greddy Profec B EBC, Toyota GT4 TTE Chargecooler, Apexi Power Intake, TRD Short shifter.
Just removed Firefox.
Couldn't see any advantage over ie.
It didn't have my history, which meant having to log into each site inc. BP. Links in emails brought up an error pop up.
Didn't see the point in re-learning another system
Thought it best to dump it before Liz, who's a bigger IT numpty than me, gives me grief.
i.e. wasn't broke so nothing to fix.

Handle every stressful situation like a dog. If you can't eat it or hump it, piss on it and walk away!

That clause about Chrome owning the copyrights to any pics or videos you post up using their browser, if it really is in their T's and C's it wouldn't stand up in court anywhere in the world.
No company has the right to own anything you own or have ceated just because you use their software. When you have created a pic, video or something else original whatever it is, you automatically own the intellectual property to that creation. Posting said creations using a specific web browser does not give the developers of that browser/software any rights over your intellectual property. Chrome are talking a load of old horseshite!!
All the corporate lawyers they employ can write what they like into terms of business and word it any which way......however, it doesn't mean shit!!
Same goes for employers contracts of employment, they also write a load of bollox in contracts that not only is highly unfair but not enforceable in law, which is why most people end up successfully defending cases against employers and other entities that persist in taking the piss.

Having now read the Terms of business for myself, and although they are heavily stacked in Google's favour it doesn't say that at all. It says the opposite!!
9.4 Other than the limited licence set forth in Section 11, Google acknowledges and agrees that it obtains no right, title or interest from you (or your licensors) under these Terms in or to any Content that you submit, post, transmit or display on, or through, the Services, including any intellectual property rights that subsist in that Content (whether those rights happen to be registered or not, and wherever in the world those rights may exist). Unless you have agreed otherwise in writing with Google, you agree that you are responsible for protecting and enforcing those rights and that Google has no obligation to do so on your behalf.
I must make a note to myself to read these things for myself before i post replies!!

The initial EULA for Chrome claimed a load more copyright and they hastily changed it after a big fuss last week.
Gerry - the difference between FF and IE varies over time, as FF introduces an innovative feature and 6+ months later IE copies it. Now that IE has multiple tabs the difference isn't as great as it was. But, FF3 now has the feature where you just type whatever keyword you like into the URL field and it'll make suggestions from your recent browsing history. I'm going to find that one useful for sure. Also, FF has numerous plug-ins which can be handy. Don't know what your problem with links in emails would have been - on both my home and work systems it just opens the link in a different tab (that's from gmail).
