i was with virgin/NTL, i will never go back. i had a problem with my broadband line was dead, they said it would be 2 weeks before they could come out, i asked if they could make a afternoon slot around 14:00 as my girl friend would be home, all they could do was say the engineer would be there from 13:00-17:00, we missed him by 30mins, rang them back to say that we have just arrived and he could come round when he wanted, but got through to there indian call centre and was like talking to a cold chicken korma, she rescheldueld for another 2 weeks :x .
there customer service is total gash and i will never use a company with a indian call centre again.
the broadband WHEN WORKING is very good, but if you have a problem your knackerd.
