There are alarm systems available that work on break in but personal alarms are thin on the ground and gsm or sms ones even thinner.
Try one of the big alarm companies direct as an option.

There are these, but relying on something like a GSM signal can be dodgy sometimes.
I'm guessing this purely due to the absence of a hardline, rather than a preference?
