Go for it Dan, its a piece of pish to fit, the hardest part is finding a place to put the ballast units, make sure you wire it all up, test it and then put the ballast units in place. Cable ties are your friend !!
Mine are over 6000k and slightly bluish but they have passed all MOT tests (had about 4 done with them so far).
Makes a huge difference, all Jap cars around the early to mid 90s used rubbish lenses so the light kit will make a huge improvement.
HID light conversion
Cheers Gareth

On the MLR, there has been a lot of bad press about Zenon Shop who do these kits. Personnally, i've had no dealings with them, so i won't comment, but they're meant to do some good kits. One problem is not working in the cold or turning themselves off as your driving along, which is a bit scary! I got a cheap ebay set for my evo 6, 6k. They seem ok, but i'm sure they are too high and can't adjust them at all. I do get the odd flash at night by other people. But they are good. I read that if they are separate, the dip has to stay on when you put the full beam on, but i haven't been able to do this.
Remember, two wrongs don't make a right, but three rights make a left!
