Interesting link to the Stratos forum I guess the fairy tale world of Top Gear is over for some! The stratos has got to have one of the finest rears in the business, love it! 8)

Don't get me wrong, it's probably a horrible car to spend a lot of time in, but I feel it would be worth it for that occasional early morning blast along the back roads. :D

Mmm... RS200- got a soft-spot for them too! :drool5:

It's a real shame that Top Gear is so scripted these days. Entertaining (usually), but just not memorable. I'm surprised they trashed that guys Stratos so much for the sake of a 'show'. Bang out of order.

unfortunately TG lost the plot ages ago, never bothers me to watch whereas at one point i wouldn't miss it............

saw this one due to the Stratos feature but was tosh and what the feck was going on with the balloon stunt???
had to be staged otherwise he would have had a fighter escort min or shot down!!

I gotta agree TG has got so staged lately and just appears scripted :(

Shame, I still wont miss it but really miss the old style features when they concentrated more on the car and not the type of person driving the car..

Top Gear stunt set up - what a surprise ... ARSE ... thinking more about it - it was obvious due to the fact that the camera was in a helicopter circling the balloon and the police copter !!

It's rather naive to think that the TG stunts aren't choreographed as no way that caravan park episode was for real. It's just an entertainment programme with cars and ought to come out of the closet and be renamed the Jeremy Clarkson show.

Still bloody entertaining and more so when the alternatives are things like Strictly Cum Dancing, I'm a (failing) Celebrity Get ......... and enough cookery programmes to cause a famine.
