Good stuff glad its of some help. I know exercise can be a problem when i was racing bikes the gym was ok cos i only used it through the winter but now i dont race i struggle with the gym in the summer. In the winter 3 mornings and 4 eves is no problem but i rarely go on a summer morning (cant get up) but no prob on an icy morning. I find its best to exercise straight after work and look at it as part of the working day which helps
