Many years ago, in a galaxy far, far away I got cautioned for careless driving, swiftly followed by a NIPs* through the post.

Back To The Regs:
Just to go back to the initial question i can confirm that on any of our circuits within MSV (Snetterton, Oulton Park, Cadwell Park, Brands Hatch & Bedford) banned drivers cannot particiapte in track days. We always check licences and have to as a legal requirement for this and if a licence isnt presented we have to ring the DVLA and check on it.
Track day organisers who hire the circuits for the day are also oblidged to follow the same rule as they are signing our indemnities aswell.
Also anyone who comes to the circuits who is already banned and is found out, is put on a weekly email with the car reg and a description which is updated at the end of each day so all circuits know exactly what is going on as there are a few people who continuously try and get on circuit while being banned.
With reference to being banned on a road licence but using a race licence instead:
Depending on the circumstance of the road ban its now highly possible to lose your race licence too as it would be flagged up.. On a normal track day for "road cars" we wouldnt and shouldnt accept a race licence if you cant provide a road licence or if you are banned. - Bottom line is, no road licence, no track day.
The only loophole is if somone has been banned from driving on the road, and has a race licence they can come on "Test Days"
Hope this helps.
Also... this article might help with the upcoming speeding laws...
