Glock and Trulli were the only ones on dry tyres. Glock was faster than his teammate in the last two laps but lost 10 seconds on the second to last lap then another 18 on the last lap trying to cruise the car home. Tyres were just cold and not good so couldnt do it.
I dont suspect any foul play but he could have made it very awkward if he wanted.

well done to lewis but he should never have put himself in the position where vettel could get by on the 2nd to last corner!!
as for glock, didnt his last pitstop leave him with about 31laps to go, so there could have been a good chance he was nearly out of fuel, couple that with the slicks then his car wouldnt have been able to have 'cut into' the track as well as the cars on the intermediates hence why he lost so much time. you've only got to cast your mind back to spa where the cars on slicks were about 35-45seconds a lap SLOWER when it chucked it down at the end.
