All tickets and car passes will be handed out on Wednesday night at our regular monthly meet. Please contact me via PM/email/mobile if you need or want this posted. You will need to do this before the weekend.

The tickets will be issued as wrist bands. These are non-transferable and numbered so it is important that these are looked after. The car passes are to be hung off of the rear view mirror in your car. If you lose these you will not be allowed access to the infield area with your cars.

We have two separate parking areas. The main area is next to the trade area by Russells chicane. This will give the club enormous coverage and exposure and therefore the majority of the cars will be allowed to park there. This area is exclusively for our use. No public parking will be permitted here so your cars will be safe and secure. The second area will be outside of the venue office. These spaces will be allocated one by one as the area is restricted. The passes I give you will have 'VIP parking' or 'Venue Office' written on them (or words to that effect)

Please help me to make sure your day goes smoothly. I need your cooperation in making sure you get your tickets and passes

I was thinking of using the Xantia to and from (as it's cheap to run) but I suppose you'd prefer the Scooby if it's going to be in the club area?

Im not gonna be taking the s13,

soemthing to do with it needing diff and gearbox service and me being arsed enough to do it!! I was gonna come in the trooper so I'll hide it somewhere at the back of the club area if ya want!!

Take whatever cars you want guys - no snobbery here about having xyz car on the parking area and no need to hide daily drivers. This is a parking area first and foremost not a 'club stand'
