TA silverstone on tv

Post by pablo »

Have just seen the motors tv footage of silverstone :o

Seen a few of the guys out on track, Dunc., Mike Payne, Gary, P20SPD  Even caught a glimpse of our car twice, once in the garage and the other time in the pit lane on a trolley jack :(

How would you rate the quality of the footage/coverage mate? I know it has been criticised in recent times.

The quality of the footage is no better than some incar footage i've seen and in some cases probably worse. The coverage is to bitty skipping from one scene to another. If they focused on one of the groups A or B alongside the pro guys at each event it would give a better feel for the series.

It still doesnt tell the story of the day.

There are no mention of times or the building of excitement. Too much time spent of interviews IMO.
