Perhaps next time you're racing at Silverstone i can highly recommend Whittlebury Hall. Lovely place with Spa's, Jacuzzi's, Swimming Pool, nice rooms, Golf Course, Gym, Massage, shedloads of parking etc.... etc..... and a hotel bar with more motoring memorabilia and wall to wall original photo's of famous racing drivers from Fangio to Senna, than you can shake a stick at.
That's where some of the race drivers and teams will stay for this weeks testing and next weeks Silverstone F1 Grand Prix, and they have a huge field where lots of helicopters land and take off with all the posh knobs.
Try getting a room then and you'll be lucky to get the coal shed, and that's if you booked a year ahead at least!! I know because i have tried :lol:
Definately petrolhead hotel heaven and sits at the back of Silverstone Circuit. On a good day the noise of race cars on full chat is very audible
I stayed there for a couple of days 2yrs ago, and i absolutely loved it!! :thumb:
