my prep has been disrupted by a food poising thingy............been incapacitated lost 6 kgs in 3 days which was painful but on the brightside though means less for the car to carry round !

Dave, that taking weight loss to an extreme !! Hope you feel better soon.

Hows everyone doing? OK i think, skint after holiday though.

It's a bolt in cage, so good for working on the car. Wiring sorted now, was an alarm problem so had to remove loads of wires etc....

That would make things hell of a lot easier than mine then, painting it for a start will be a doddle.

Just need to to find a way of listening to music on the way up, no stereo :(
