my new year's resolutions are thus:
1. gain weight. im currently down to 10.5 stone although that is with very a low BMI. it doesn't help that i have barely been eating anything due to sickness, caused by drug side effects. i'm a regular gym-goer so i'm athletically fit, just skinny. can run a 6 minute mile with ease.

2. get my head sorted out! i'm on quite a potent cocktail of drugs to keep me on a mostly even keel (manic depressive with OCD, anxiety and thyroid problems!) but although they do help my mental state, they have a variety of side effects which although not as bad as the original problems are still quite unsettling.

3. on top of those two - continue contracting upon my return. i've been doing a little preliminary jobhunting and there seems no shortage of work for me. i just need to secure a place. I'll be looking for 3rd line technical support on windows networks, with citrix and backup/security aspects so if anyone knows of any work coming up soon - let me know please :)

on the whole, 2007 was a good year (better than 2006) and fingers crossed 2008 will be a whole lot more fun.

edit: this seems to have killed the thread :)

My main resolution for this year is to get our kitchen finished by the end of Jan and get all our stuff moved in by mid february !!

Suppose like all the other guys...lose some weight and keep to a 'proper food' diet rather than a current diet of sugary soft drinks and chocolate or crisps at every lunchtime.

One resolution I hope to achieve is to beat Ben finishing a game !!!!!!

Oh and get the car mapped again !!!! Single Turbo would be nice also but dont think that will be a 2008 resolution !!!!!!

It seems ironic that we follow a sport that has possibly the most fittest sportsmen in the world and we sound like tubs of lard! Lol. Its nice to read peoples more personal goals as opposed to mods to our cars etc. I just hope everyone at least tries to achieve some targets for '08 and not to get too dispondant ( sp? ) If it doesnt go to plan. Happy new year guys ;)
