Thinking of a change

Post by boucherie »

I playing with the idea of breaking my pulsar and buying myself a new motor. I want something i can use as a weekend type car as il prob buy a daily driver so what do people suggest, i was thinking of maybe a rx7 or mr2 turbo, so can people tell me the pros and cons of each one, or maybe give me another vehicle to consider. I hope to use this car at a few events as well

thanks

OMG :o Cant believe your gona break her............
After going to the virgin's track evening i have to say yours was one of the cars that really stood out and not because of the problems you were experiencing, but because it was such a lurvlee example that is very striking and unusual. It really stands out and from what i remember went bloomin well too.
Please dont get shot...............Fix her and get her back out on track.
Easy for me to say as it isnt my money but she truley was one of my fav cars out there that day.

cheers for the comments shaker, i must admit that when its on the road and hits full boost it feels like all the problems are irrelevant.

Hopefully i will be able to get my act together, see the light and all that, and do what needs to be done!

ian im in the same boat kind of, and i understand.

i have spent enough money on my little red angry sunny, and i still dont trust it enough to go mad round corners, without spending a shed load more on handling. where as im thinking of getting either a evo 5/6 which have graet handling and performance out of the box, and a bit better reliability hasnt it.

but we both know that there isnt a car for the sort of money you can buy these things for, that can show up cars 3/4 times the price.

and when boost comes in will always bring a smile to your face.

i always tell myself could i drive the R to the ring and back and feel confident it will be ok?..............i dont think so not on a 17yr old car.
