BMW M3's this time. A mate has been looking on Autotrader and there is a M3 CSL listed at

hi mate imo the m3 cs is a tamer version then the CSL and has the basic stuff air con etc it goes like this M3 e46 then M3 CS then 3CSL which has the engine up grades lightened boot roof etc and more handling mods then the base model m3 and the cs

Cheers Kev, hadn't heard of the CS model, but that makes sense. The bloke selling it has described it as a CSL, which it isn't from what I have seen.

There is absolutely no way that the car he is advertising is a proper M3CSL unless it's crashed/broken/stolen/made of paper mache :D

M3 Cs are nice but not the full bifta :thumb:

We did go and have a look on Sunday, definately not a CSL though. We queried why it was listed as a CSL, and he said it was written near the gear shift.....errrr no....it says SMG :roll:
