cannits avatar has just got me wondering...

do you do anything different to polish carbon fibre?

I can also vouch for Gary, Outstanding job on my motor after the sun had done its worst with the harmfull rays... :evil:

After many hours of hard graft it looked as good as when it left the showroom... :grin:

If there are swirls in the clear coat/gel on the carbon, I can measure the thickness and if there is enough I can gently machine polish it as I do paint to remove the swirls. However if the clear/gel has turned milky then there is nothing I can do about this. afterwards I treat the carbon as per paint, glaze, seal and wax
