Initially this was due to be a single day's work, but Phil and I agreed that extra time should be given to get this right first time around so that's what happened. This was a new vehicle to Phil, so it needed thoroughly cleaning and polishing to get it up to his high standards, so that he can maintain the RV and enhance it as time goes on. With the extra cleaning in mind, I started on the roof
Before

After

After cleaning the real estate it was time to start the machine work

The lower mark that remained was cut into the vinyl so I couldn't help there but the painted surface was fine

Another couple of marks

After polishing (found my flash!)

The rear and front ends were badly oxidised unpainted GRP that was flat as Holland.......

Not good enough for Phil or me, so out came the big guns

On to some finished shots

Yes, those bloody great side sections do slide out!

A lovely vehicle and one that will proudly take the owners to race tracks and cities around the UK and Europe for years to come I'm sure. My work on the exterior will make the maintenance much easier for them both, and I'll be scotchguarding the interior too (free of charge) as a little thank you for their business in recent times

More updates to follow soon
