Logan's MLRSS prep

As a few of you know, I've been looking after Logan's fleet for some time now, and following the chassis protection earlier this month, we had discussed the upcoming bodywork and upgrades, and we scheduled the following work;
-degrease paintwork and remove any contaminants from the paintwork
-remove any marks left by tape, cones or small flying rodents trying to get out of the way!!
-get some decent long lasting protection on there to protect Logan's investment and make it easier for him to maintain.
I arrived early at APT this morning and got started on the cleaning. As I have worked on this Evo for several months now, it was a doddle to clean up and by about 11am the first layer of protection was on!
Various photos showing Logan's new composite doors and lovely new front bumper

The car was treated to a new synthetic paint sealant that I've been trialling. One coat is said to be good for three to four months on a daily driver, and this race car had two coats so it should be easily tough enough for Logan and his exploits
It is quite easy to apply and it bonds to the paint, ensuring that you get a great shine, terrific gloss and a tough finish too
Should save Logan a few tenths I reckon when he rocks up to Scotland for his next round in the sprint series.........best of luck buddy
