Chip Foose '57 Chevy (Updated pics from further work)

Post by Stuart »

I'll let the photos do the talking with this one.......essentially it was booked in with me for 12 hours of work prior to the Modified Nationals. The work was to concentrate on engine detailing, custom chrome wheel protection and show preparation.

Excuse the lack of front profile shots etc, but the car was so large it barely fitted onto the driveway when it was out of the garage! I will add some more when the owner sends me some from the show!

Hopefully this gives you guys an indication of the detail and standard I can work to with money and time allowed ;)

More updates to follow.

Breaking news.......just heard from the owner and he's confirmed that he won first prize for best paint and third overall in Best in Britain :thumbs:ImageImage

Chuffed for the owner and he's already booked me for two weeks time to get the car ready for another American car show so I'll take that as a compliment :D

There's always someone who wanders in front of your pictures...

Nice car but the brakes do look hilariously small against those monster wheels.

Yeah.........they will be swapped/upgraded for Wilwood's soon according to the owner but although this has 420 at the rears, it rarely gets hooned around in (and definitely not at this ride height!!)
