Matt Woods/Evolution photoshoot preparation with APT and Logan

Many of you guys know that I am luck enough to look after both Logan and Gary's Evo 7 sprint cars so when it was decided to arrange a magazine feature I thought it only proper that both cars looked at their very best. Neither car had seen much in the way of track action since October when they were last under my microscope but there was still dirt, brake dust, rubber and the like to deal with before Matt Woods could do his rather magnificent work.
Both cars were given an exterior tidy-up, engine bays were blitzed, alloys and tyres spruced up, rear fuel and dry sump set ups polished, glass and polycarbonate cleaned and then Gary's Evo received extra work to the carbon fibre panels, the carbon prop shaft, the Momentum Motorsport tubular subframe and custom exhaust exhaust.

Matt and Adam, doing their stuff

Logan's beauty always photos so well; I reckon Matt's shots will look amazing

I'll share some better photos when I have them, but I wanted to add some asap to keep things bubbling. The patience of pro photographers like Matt amazes me. I guess the experience they have with lighting, positioning and set up means that they know anything less than idea is a waste of time but if it seemed like a long day for me (9 hours and non-stop active) it must have seemed like a lifetime for those guys!
Huge thanks to Logan, Gary, and Matt for their help and the opportunity to be involved. Really looking forwards to seeing how it all works out.
