This a car that first worked on last year, and the brief was to further improve the paintwork surface, sort the engine bay and bring the car back up to a decent standard of presentation for the Spring and Summer

In a bid to be open and transparent, I've included a description of the processes I followed (the order may be slightly adhoc) and the products that I used.

Supplementary products include Nilfisk pressure washer, Wickes wet-vac, cloths from Meguiar's, i4detailing and Chemical Guys and loads of elbow grease :)

Big thanks go to the owner of this LR for allowing me to do the follow up work. Having seen this one and APT's fleet that I have already worked on, it is so much easier when you know what you are working with and what products have already been applied.

Cheers guys. I hope this was useful for anyone about to pick up their buckets and shampoo now that the sun is out :cheers2:

I thought Land rovers were supposed to be dirty and the Range rovers were the clean ones ?!!!? :)

Good work too, have you a new camera mate as the pics look better.

That's just sunshine Gareth  Both me and the camera prefer it :D

Tell you what, with a Discovery as high on spec as this one, there is no way I would have a Range Rover TDi over this.

Thank you Ben

I do think that both this one and perhaps the 330d of the Hayward's rates as the most pleasing to work on in terms of results, and second time around for each one which helps big time.

I have a rather nice RS Focus to work on Saturday week and that promises to be a bit special once done. Watch this space :cheers2:
