I have to put my hands up........I failed on the interior shots mate :( You can just about see my trademark stripey carpets in the top show shot but other than that it's just whatever was taken on the day.......I'll ask the owner if he has anything better (failing that I will take a few decent shots when I go back in a fortnight)

Thanks Pablo.........I was delighted with the owner's result as it's his money that has pulled this off and also delighted with getting booked again....talk is cheap but being paid to work on this level of car and being his first choice after just one session of working with him.......that was good for the soul, I can tell you :cheers2:

I think all the cars you post up here look like show winners . Those old full size yanks are real big things and i can see how it would take 12 hours to clean one .
On the brakes , this place does big brake kits using Corvette parts and the pro-touring guys rate them . The 57 owner might want to look at them . Pete

Following the success of Darren's visit to the Modified National's (Best of Britain) he was attending the American Car Clubs recent show at Billing and hoping to win outright first place. With that in mind he asked me to revisit his place to work on the Chevy once more. We'd agreed that if time allowed it would be good to improve on the exterior brightwork this time, and see if I could also improve on the interior striping to give the initial first impression for the judges a little boost :D

The owner was chuffed and although I haven't heard about the show results yet, but he was reasonably confident and happy that he was going into it with the car in its best possible condition.
