Sure you've seen them on buses.

Little orange hammer for smashing windows in an emergency, come with blade to cut through seatbelts and sticky Velcro pads for attaching somewhere in your car.

I will have one actually so hold one back iam sure i will get to a meet this year, living in the fens it might come in handy have one in the van as travel the 40ft daily!
