stu it was very interesting to drive car in the condition that it was in yestarday.
there was a few aspects that i will be looking into myself like the undertray as its not at the correct angle to give the down force at the front that i wanted to. i was spending both session as a chance to change my driving stile as im used to driving a less powerfull car.
also the tires preasures were a but high in the 1st session but were ajusted accordingly for the 2nd session and it felt a hell of alot better.
as you pointed out i was holding the throtal going thru the corners as when it came on boost would just understeer off but i managed to counter act that in the second session.
my overall view is that this is how the car is going to handle once we stick on a set a pireli tires for time attack.

the biggest positive from the day (apart from car getting home safe) is that the car ran consistant and from the 1st session was somewhat keeping pace with a 450bhp rs focus.

there is a massive difference between how herbi and this car handle and is down the following that needs addressing,
1. the YB engine is MUCH lighter than the V6
2. the rear track has been widened by 40mm
the 2 above contrabuting to understeer and i like a car that is slightly loose at the back in the corners.

Had a thought last night. Alan has hit a new PB, he has now driven a car at 140mph;)
